Prince Rupert's sheltered harbour is the deepest ice-free natural harbour in North America, and the central location of the Northland Cruise Terminal allows for easy access to the city's amenities. First Nations art galleries, souvenir shops, restaurants and the Cow Bay shopping district are all within walking distance of the terminal.

Clearly marked signage along the pier will help guide passengers from the terminal into town and community ambassadors are also available to answer additional questions.
